Batch plot

Hello everybody,

I've done, 8 years ago, a macro that plots all the related idw from an iam.

We had a database called Compass / Productstream. There was a command called "AIMDOpenDrawingInContextMenuInternal" that search the related idw in the database and opened it.

The macro was pretty easy to write.

We will get Vault in 2 month. During the first trials, I noticed that the command does't work any more.

I ve found "CMxOpenDrawingCmd" and "DXxOpenDrawingCmd" but I do't know how to use it.

Do you have some examples

Have you tried using the task scheduler for this? If not Vault will do your batch plotting when you get it implemented. Which flavor are you getting?

Hello,

the tool I want to programm is implemented in a bigger tool that export atomatically Bom's with our Excel layout.

I want to keep it in the bigger tool because of the user convienience.

For sure, plot mmnager is an alternative. But not exactly what i'm looking for.

The App's are also some solutions but they are not flexible enough.
