I am trying to get an automation going within Inventor by setting up a primary assembly. This assembly contains specific part iLogic rules and the assembly has generic iLogic rules to adjust parameters (length/width) automatically. These rules allow me to adjust multiple parts (e.g. dimension or suppression) simultaneously from the assembly parameter list.
I would like to export this primary assembly on a per-client basis now. Is there a faster way (vault/ilogic or something similar) that allows me to simultaneously add a prefix to my parts and modify the part names within iLogic? Currently, this all has to be adjusted manually: as soon as I add a prefix via the Vault, my iLogic rules give multiple error messages.
