Barcode and pdf

I'm using rule to save pdf file and it is going smooth. Now i wanted to add barcode using idaAutomationSHC39M fonts. In drawing looks good, if i print pdf from Inventor code looks good but some king lines are over shaded views, and if i'm using export pdf  or iLogic rule barcode print is very bad.

Anybody has or solved this problem? Thanks for advice if there is any

May I understand the situations are?

- by Inventor API code (translator addin), it works well
- by Inventor product (save as to PDF), it works bad
- by iLogic (using translator addin), it works bad

and could you provide a demo drawing?

Yes that is correct.

I do not know what is problem in between export pdf from inventor and print pdf.

Hi ,

I tried to open xxx-0000.dwg, Inventor asks for XXX-0000.ipt, whiile you seemed not to upload such file. I asked Inventor to use xxx-0005.ipt, it failed. finally, I cannot get a drawing with the barcode. Could you check anything missed?

it seems I still missed something. the barcode is string when I opened XXX-000.dwg at my side. And when I wanted to export it to PDF, it reported an error that one font is not acceptable. Could you check anything I need to set?

Do you have those fonts? I do not know what else.

I do not think I have such font. Is this a specific font, or a common one that I can download? This reminds me to check whether the problem of barcode happened with this font?

Hi,

I use this font: Barcode_Font.ttf

The other FONTs:  3of9_barcode, eanbwrp72tt, free3of9 not work correctly. Because of satisfy each characteristic (only numbers, etc.).

Indeed this is working good with pdf, but only one thing is bad that our scaner can't read this barcode. 😞
