Automatically change the view1 scale according to the sketch boundary

Actually, I am looking for Auto update of  Main View Scale with in the Boundary's which I make it sketch option.

My view scale up & down need to adjust in that Boundary's .

Its very helpful for me you make a ilogic rule for this.
