Assign a sheet to the captured line with the Design/Insert Frame tool while inside the assembly file

I am opening an ipt file of lines inside an assembly file. I was able to capture my lines in this ipt file I opened. Is it possible to assign a sheet with the Design/Insert Frame tool while in an assembly file using my captured line?
