Assembly a spring

Hi,

I am trying to assembly a spring, but I couldn't select any circle to insert the spring 1 end to a hook, another end to a boss. 

It's difficult to explain in words, so I will provide screenshots.

I can provide the assembly file if needed.

Is there any way to solve the problem? I heard about creating work axis but I am not sure how to do it.

If you create a work axis, you can use it to assembly. Have you tried it?
If you can share the assembly we can see better the problem.

Hi thanks for replying. I tried creating 2 axis, but I still can't select them, not sure why. I have attached the assembly file, do let me know possible solution to solve this issue! Thanks a lot for your help! 🙂

You will need to zip all files of the assembly and share.
The iam file just contains the relations between the files.
