arrow in a part document using clientgraphics

How can I paint line with an arrow only in one of the two points of the line using the ClientGraphicManager, I'm using C# and I need desperate to do this. The document is Part because is needed to paint an arrow to represent a vector inside a body.

Please, can someone help me???
