Have you tried cleaning out temp files and rebooting?
Can you run the macros with Mr. Macro at all?
If after rebooting, the VBA editor still fails to come up and
you can not run the macros using Mr. Macro, you MIGHT try
renaming your default.ivb file TEMPORARILY (only on disk, do not change
you application options), then see if the VBA editor comes up after restarting Inventor.

1. Are all your macros in your "default.ivb" file? Yes
2. What is your Tools->Application Options->File->Default VBA project set
to? is set ot default.ivb
3. Does the file listed in #2 actually exist in the location specified? Do
you keep a
backup copy of it? I t may have become corrupted. When was it last modified
by
you or someone else? DOes the modification time in Explorer match what you
remember as being the last time edited? It worked fine yesterday and I did
not change any of them of a while.
4. What exactly happens when you execute Tools->Macros->Visual Basic Editor?
Does the editor come up at all? If it comes up with No macros loaded, have
you
tried loading a Project in it (VBA editor macro files are "Projects")
Nothing appear.
5. Do you have Mr. Macro add-in loaded? If not, you may consider getting it.
I do have it.
6. Are the macro files located on a network drive? Are they shared by other
users?
There used to be a problem with that setup, not sure if it is fixed yet. How
is the
network throughput? Local only. Noone else access to these files except me
