AddBendTableFromFile txt File Format

Hello,
I've been looking high and low to find the correct formatting for the .txt file needed for

UnfoldMethods.AddBendTableFromFile()

 The Documentation says:
"...This is a text file in the format specified in the Sheet Metal documentation..." 
But I don't see what they are referring to.

Anyone know?

I found out where it was by This Link. They are located in C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor <version>\Design Data\Bend Tables
