Add ins not showing in manager

I have downloaded the  AutoDesk Mesh Enabler, it says it is installed but is not showing in the Add In Manger 2024.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi @ac1033E9PEF.  It looks like you may have to contact someone at Autodesk about that type of issue.  The link below is to the Autodesk App Store page for that add-in.  One of its images shows it being present in the add-ins list, so what you described sounds like it may have not installed properly.  But I am not familiar with that add-in, so I am not sure.

On that web site, there is a link to help documentation, and also a link to contact someone by email about any issues you may have with that add-in.  Try using those.

Inventor looks for addins in 1 of these 4 directories.

1. %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Autodesk\Inventor Addins\
2. %PROGRAMFILES%\Autodesk\Inventor 20xx\Bin\Addins\
   • That used to be %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Autodesk\Inventor 20xx\Addins\
3. %APPDATA%\Autodesk\Inventor 20xx\Addins\
4. %APPDATA%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins

(Replace the xx with the version)

As you can see the directory changed with inventor 2024. Just a wild guess. Maybe the installer of your addin is installing in the wrong folder.
