What exactly is your question?  What problem are you trying to solve?

Are you talking about the tool for patterning components within an assembly, or the tool for patterning solid bodies or features for modeling?  Are you wanting to see the dialog for that task, or are you trying to invoke a textual command at a command prompt that will launch that tool?  I don't understand?

Do you need this for a  part pattern in an assembly or for features in a part?

For part pattern in assembly:

“PartCircularPatternCmd”

“PartRectangularPatternCmd”

Found from here

And here is a link to generate up to date commands also here

That's a tough one.  I've patterned features around a helical path on a part before, like in this other post , but I don't think I've ever patterned assembly components around a helical path within an assembly before.  I believe you would still use the same tool as you would when doing a rectangular component pattern, but the dialog has 3 tabs, and instead of using either the rectangular or circular tabs, you would use the 'associative' tab.  Then select a feature pattern to use as a guide for patterning the components.  So I believe you would first have to create the 3D modeled feature within the assembly, that is patterned along a helical path, similar to what was done in that other post, then point to this pattern within that component patterning tool, as mentioned before.  I don't think there is a built-in tool or command specifically for patterning components around a helical path though, like you would when patterning steps around a winding (wrapped) staircase.
