2019 SDK install error installing DeveloperTools.msi from SDK folder

Hi. I get an error message when trying to install the 2019 Inventor API SDK through DeveloperTools.msi installer (the error shows at near end of the install process). Any help or clue will be much appreciated !

did you start the installer with administrator Rights (Right klick - Admin)

Hi Roland. Many thanks for your quick suggestion. I'm afraid this doesn't make it...

When running developpertools.msi from windows command prompt in administrator rights, same error keeps firing !

Solved it my way... I just figured out I was "repairing", not "reinstalling" from scratch.  "Repairing" was triggering the error. I just launched "developertools.msi", uninstalled it fully, restarted, and reinstalled fully. Works like a charm.
