2017 Inventor professional How to scale an object in just one axis

I was triying to install SDK for inventor 2017 in order to get the option "Derived Part (Scale/Position)" under the addins tab. After I install SDK this option does not appear in the addins tab. Someone knows how can I modify and scale an object just in one axis in inventor 2017? I think this work in versions like 2012 but I dont have it.

You can do that using the "Direct" tool:
