Higlight constraints when they are selected in the browser

If you want to verify your constraints and loads, then you have to open them from the browser to see where they are applied.

One click in the browser should highlight related line/face in the graphics.

We do support this feature in Autodesk Nastran In-CAD at both browser as well as canvas/graphics.  If you have any specific case please send us the case.

Yes, but it is highligted with the color of the Physical Property. In a complex model with a fine mesh, it is difficult to see. When you edit the constrint, then the fase is highlighted with another color. This makes it much easier to identify:
