spc summation greyed out

Trying to extract forces but SPC Summation is greyed out. SPC box is ticked in the analysis option, any ideas ??

Right click on analysis and check SPC, in the Output Controls tab, before you Run.

The Ribbon and the Graphical window both show Subcase 13.

I think you have the results of Subcase 13 loaded instead of Subcase 3.

Load results of Subcase 3 or make them active. Does it help?

Managed to sort it out.

Changed the loads to point loads rather than surface loads and it worked, not sure why this would make a difference.??
