Non-linear Transient Response Analysis is not allowing for Enforced Motion

Applying an initial velocity to my part, I want to apply an enforced deceleration. However, I get an error message that "Enforced Motion Loads are not supported in Non-linear Transient Response analysis". I am surprised that this is not supported. Is there a work around? I find very little Autodesk documentation regarding Non-linear Transient Response analysis.

Would a Rotational Force be useful in your case?

If you want the Enforced Motion supported in future releases of Inventor Nastran please vote on this idea.
