Meshing anomaly

Greetings all:

I'm using a revolved solid (red, separate, in part file) [left image] to sweep a straight cut [middle image]

The geometry reappears as unwanted mesh in the Nastran meshing [right image]

How to get rid of this ?

Hello @jmates1 ,

This is due to the fact that in the Solid Sweep you have turned on the option "Keep Toolbody".

Can you turn that option off?

Color me embarrassed.  Admittedly, Do not use the solid-sweep-cut option very much.

It did bring up this all too often seen sub window after turning off "keep tool body"
