I am trying to do my simulation in Nastran in-cad in Inventor and getting fatal error E5004. Can you help to find out me where I am going wrong??

If you are sure you have contraint your model properly try a smaller mesh size.

Most of the time this solves the issue if every part in your model cannot move. 

 

Otherwise try to determine the parts that are causing this error by performing a modal analysis. See this article for more information about this error

I did after that I got E5023 error and Nastran automatically shutdown and showed your report page.

Hi,

 

Try to redefine "Max Activation Distance" in surface contact>contact data>Max activation distance. Usually this happens when max activation distance is lesser than the actual gap between parts considering the mesh size.
