Insert Datum Identifier Symbol to drawing curve

Hi,

Currently I am creating a new sketched symbol which looks similar to Datum symbol and adding it to the curve with leader and changing the leader arrowhead style to datum45filled using .NET

But for Datum Identifier symbol, the datum Id(leader) was constraint with symbol which makes the symbol to move either horizontally or vertically which I'm unable to do with sketched symbol.

Is there any solution or workaround to insert datum identifier symbol into drawing sheet using .NET

I also have a need to work with 'Datum Identifier Symbol' in Drawing Automation. 

It would be very much helpful if anyone has found anything about API for 'Datum Identifier Symbol'.
