iLogic forms - format of values

I am making an iLogic form and I would like the format of the numbers to be all the same.  Some of the numbers are 3 place decimal, some go out to 14 places. I can't find anything in the form editor to control it.  I tried setting the parameter to export and formatting the value in the parameters table, but that didnt work.

In the field shown below, I would like this to be shown as 4 places.  What controls that format of the numbers listed in the form?

you can add a rule string

I can do that, but I was wondering what was controlling the values now.  I don't have any rules dictating the format and some of the values are 3 place and some are not.
