I am having a problem when changing the information in Tittle block. I would change the information when I put the mouse in each cell.
Can you have any way for me or other methods?

Hi @buitrongcuongypbn2000. How to accomplish what you ask for has a lot to do with how the title block was designed. There are multiple ways it might have been done, so without an example drawing file to test with or the knowledge of the person who originally designed that specific title block, we will not be able to give you an accurate or effective answer or solution. Some folks include prompted entries into their title blocks, and others do not. Some folks include only static text in their title blocks, and put the needed text into their positions later. Some folks have some, but not all text shown in their title blocks linked directly to iProperties, but some iProperties can be pointing to the 'model' document (when one is available), and some may be pointing to the iProperties of the drawing document itself. It can be very complicated, or it can be pretty simple, depending on how everything was designed.
