Can I create this with the default forms editor in iLogic?

I'd like to create a form that has several "tab groups" shown at the same time from left / right, each with a sample image below so that the user can understand what the options are and what they effect.

The reason for the "tab groups" shown horizontally is so they all can be visible at the same time instead of having to click on a "tab group" name to see that tab group ,or what else would I use to create forms that can work inside of iLogic?

@chris you should be able to accomplish what you're attempting to do. Here is a video that does a deep dive into the different features of iLogic forms. You'll most likely just need to play around with it.
