Please allow "derive" and other similar features to access currently open tabs

It would be awesome if I didn't have to browse for files each time I wanted to do a "derive", or other features that have this Open dialogue box.

I would put a button on the window that says "Select open tab", or maybe a drop down that lists open tabs.
