Just as the subject line says. Often, I have multiple overlapping components to pattern in an assembly, but Inventor for no good reason will not allow me to window around them within the view frame for easy selection. Why? Instead, I either have to pan/rotate the assembly in at least eight different directions/rotations in order to properly select each and every component, or drill down in the feature browser to each and every component for patterning. Painstaking and unnecessary, to say the least. Autodesk coders, please remedy this egregious oversight at the next minor release patch of the Inventor software. Thank you.
