Tube&Pipe 107: “Spaghetti Loops when Connect Fitting”

When using connect fitting and we try to link pipe segments with fittings, we should be asked if we want “a route to it” (default now, which adds spaghetti loops if distance is too short, or adds a coupling) or move/adjust the existing segments to finalize the connection. A lot of the times the fitting is in-line with the pipe and I need the pipe to extend and connect. If the route is fully constrained with dimensions and constraints then we should be asked if we want those removed. The first element selected in the connect fitting command stays fixed and the other moves/adjusts and this functionality should be preserved but the route needs to fully adjust itself rather than creating spaghetti loops or adding connectors.
