Stop being so picky about where we click before pasting in a Drawing

Currently, if we copy an item in a Drawing and then try to paste it, Inventor has the following rules which are apparently in place to annoy us:

  1. If we try to paste using Ctrl+V while the copied item is still selected, Paste will not work. We have to click away from the item to deselect it first. However...
  2. If we click anywhere inside an existing View, Paste will not work.
  3. If we click on any other item (text, leader, balloon, note, dimension, Sketched Symbol, etc.), Paste will not work.
  4. If we click on the area outside of the sheet, Paste will not work.
  5. If we click anywhere in the Browser, paste will not work.
  6. If and only if we deliberately hunt down and click on an EMPTY area of the sheet, Paste finally work.

Some drawings are very full and it's difficult to find or click on an empty space, particularly when zoomed in closely in the middle of a View (even clicking "empty" space in this situation results in actually clicking the View), or when zoomed out very far (the cursor tries very hard to select whatever it's nearest to).

Even in situations where it's easy to click empty space, these limitations are still annoying and unnecessary. Please remove them and let us paste whenever we want.
