Split Solid Multi Select (Split multiple solid bodies)

Split Solid Multi Select (Split multiple solid bodies)

It would be useful if a user could select multiple solid bodies to be split by a single split tool line.

Currently I need to perform the split function once for every solid despite selecting the same split tool sketch line everytime.

Extrusions can select muliple solids to effect, any reason why not splits?

Thanks

Hello @Frodl, The status of "Future Consideration" simply means that our team is reviewing, or reviewed the requirements needed to make an idea a potential reality. This typically includes any of the following; having internal discussions, creating design mock-ups, documenting conditions of satisfaction, identifying dependencies or the complexity of the challenge, t-shirt development estimates, collecting user feedback, etc.. When a Idea is set to "Future Consideration" it is given an INVGEN-# and is being internally tracked.  We cannot commit to timelines or delivery milestones due to revenue recognition ramifications. We currently have 377 ideas set to "Future Consideration", so there is no shortage of great ideas for us to potentially add to our product roadmap. When a idea graduates from "Future Consideration" to "Accepted" is when we move from internal discussions to internal feedback (Alpha/Beta) conversations with our customer partners. A idea graduates from "Accepted" to "Implemented" once it appears within an official release, post global launch.  It is not a perfect system, but is the best process we have at the moment. Hope this helps some.

Hello @dan_szymanski ,

Thanks for the detailed explanation.

Then I'll practice my patience a little longer and look forward to its eventual implementation.

One can always wish for something. Whether it will come true, you never know beforehand.
