We work with a few suppliers for our sheetmetal.
Each has a slightly different set of rules on how their machines fold the metals.
Different radius, minimum leg length. Distance from a cut to the bendline, max length of the bend, that kind of info.
I looked at the sheetmetal rules... There currently is no space for notes to leave this info. I'm talking notes! not yet about implementing this data to do a design check against. Although that would be great. Like the interference check, but for bend complience...
I'd be nice to have a memo field to leave comments/notes on these supplier/machine rules and limitations rather than having some text file (printed up) with all this info.
