Request for Colorful Wireframe Lines in 3D to 2D Conversion View

Dear Autodesk Inventor Development Team,

I am writing to request a feature enhancement in Autodesk Inventor related to wireframe visualization in 3D to 2D drawing conversions.

Currently, in Inventor, the wireframe view lines are displayed in a uniform color, and there is no built-in option to automatically show wireframe lines with colors matching the 3D model's solid colors or different features. This limits the ability to visually distinguish parts, features, or depth in complex assemblies or models, which makes interpretation and inspection more difficult.

In comparison, software like SolidWorks provides an option where the wireframe and drawing lines can reflect the model's color automatically, significantly improving visualization and clarity without manual intervention.

Feature Request:
Please consider adding an option in Autodesk Inventor that allows wireframe lines in 3D to 2D converted drawings to be displayed in multiple colors automatically, corresponding to the colors of the original 3D parts or features. This would eliminate the need for tedious manual coloring and greatly enhance productivity and visual clarity.

Such a feature would be highly beneficial for design reviews, interference checks, and presentations. I believe this improvement would be welcomed by many users keen to streamline their workflows and make complex models easier to understand.

Thank you for considering this feature request. Looking forward to seeing it in a future Autodesk Inventor update.

Best regards,
[GAURAV JAIN]
