The Replace Model Reference feature needs a button to jump to the folder containing the drawing it is being used on.
The tool defaults to the last file path that was opened, which is sometimes useful but usually causes you to have to navigate to the folder where the drawing is located in order to select a file from that folder.
While using this tool, I spend most of my time navigating to the drawing's folder to update links to files that are in the same folder as the drawing.
Additional comments:
Being able to double click the FileName or Path in a row to replace a model would be useful as well, along with being able to click the columns to sort by the FileName or Path instead of with the default sorting of link order in the print pack. If reasonable to program, including all 3 improvements would make this tool a lot better.
