Please update Inventor to have this behavior:
1) The “Open” window keeps the directory to the last open folder, It is good. In AutoCAD Mechanical, it keeps the windows scroll bar position to the last open File. Please make the same in Inventor: keep the windows scroll bar position to the last open File. (picture Open_scroll.png)
2) Often with Export (.stp) it doesn’t keep the last export directory. It should keep the last export or save directory for each file format
