move content center families

Adding the option to move families within the content center would be beneficial. Especially when building manufacturer libraries with a custom folder structure in the content center, there are instances where one might want to move a family to a different folder. Currently, the only way to do this is by deleting the family entirely and then republishing it, which is time-consuming and frustrating.
