When checking for collisions, mark any colliding object as "checked" and, in the next iteration, exclude it from the displayed list—similar to content center components.
It is very difficult to check for all minor collisions (a short thread in a hole based on the screw type, when in reality the thread extends all the way to the screw head), and after a visual inspection, the correction process requires closing the dialog, checking the model, and running the check again—at which point the collision is flagged once more. The validation confirmation option would thus not display all detected collisions at once, but I should, of course, have the option to enable them using a checkbox.
This list of checked collisions could also be saved in a document so that it would show who marked the collision as valid, and it would be displayed in the model tree.
