Marking function at IAM

Users have requested that the marking function be available in the assembly environment as well. Currently, marking is only available in IPT. The reason for this is that areas, such as sketches or text, should be marked on the surface during assembly.

Using this thread because it concerns the Mark tool ... when a part with a Mark feature is derived into another part (e.g., a mirror), and when exporting the flat pattern to a DXF (performing a Save Copy As on a Flat Pattern node), the Mark features come out on layers IV_FEATURE_PROFILES and IV_FEATURE_PROFILES_DOWN (so they are recognized) BUT ... for the original part, the Mark features export to IV_MARK_SURFACE and IV_MARK_SURFACE_BACK and the layers are colored Yellow and green (all a nice mnemonic).

I request consistency ... please export Mark features in a derived part similar to the original.  I am manually editing the DXF's so our vendor is not confused.

I also agree with @Uwe_Lindner and @kacper.suchomski requests (and liked accordingly).
