List of current SharedVariables

I would like a function to list all currently defined SharedVariables.

If I only consider my own code, then I know when it is ok to call SharedVariable.RemoveAll(). But this might destroy code outside my control.

It contains good information, and an interesting temporary workaround, until we get a more permanent solution.
