Good morning! I ran across an issue when working with a client recently, involving Inventor iParts and Vault members automatically being checked out. Please see the video below for an illustration of this issue, but in short, when editing an iPart table via spreadsheet all the member rows will report as being updated, even if one only edits a handful, which requires a Vault check-out or depending on settings automatically check out the files.
I would like to have spreadsheet updates only pass along updates for the affected member rows, not all rows. Spreadsheet edits can be way more efficient (especially with Excel formulas), but checking out all members for large iPart tables is terribly inefficient.
