When doing FEM calculations parts that don't bend are often a useful tool but even when making a custom material there is a maximum stiffness you can apply.
Just removing or increasing the maximum stiffness would be enough. Currently the max stiffness that can be applied is 1.885E8 psi... which is only 6.5 times the stiffness of steel. It would be nice to be able to set it to something like 9E10 psi, which is 3,000 times the stiffness of steel (virtually infinitely stiff for all intents and purposes). Or, if it's possible, just let us set it to something ridiculous like 9E99 psi (trillions and trillions times the stiffness of steel... most definitely will not be deforming).
Just increasing it is often enough but the maximum is in my opinion not quite high enough. So i would like to be able to set it to infinity or ridiculously high (as you wrote).
Thing is that some of the calculations i do is with mass above 750 tons and even if something is 10 times stiffer than steel, that will make it bend.
