Improve Sketch and dimension selection and editing in sketch mode

When in a sketch mode and even when selecting sketch feature priority

1. when selecting a sketch line or a dimension this does not highlight on the browser.

2.When you right click on a dimension you cant go to edit sketch like you can on a sketch line

3. When you select a sketch line the whole sketch does not highlight
