Import & Export: Y-Up and Z-Up options

Inventor defaults to a Y-Up coordinate system, and many other programs use Z-Up.

The translators should have options to transform the model's coordinate system during import and export.

Having the option to model in inventor with Z-up would make a lot of sense too.
