FIX ORDINATE DIMS NOT ATTACHING TO BROKEN CENTRE MARKS

I have a rare occurrence where I need to place a break on a view and the break goes across the tails of some centre marks. This then stops the application of Ordinate Dimensions to these centre marks. It would be good if this annoyance was fixed. See pictures.
