Extrusion Dimension Select
Starting with the hole feature in 2019, this new pane modelling feature does not allow for users to click on a visible sketch dimension. This was a nuisance with the hole feature because most are through all, but now effecting extrusions this problem is magnified. Please allow us to select visible dimensions when we have the distance A box highlighted. It is a huge boon to modelling robustness if dimensions are easier to reference when creating features.
Hi @Anonymous, if you hold down the Ctrl key you can click visible dimensions as you're wanting. Agreed that the old way was better. Hopefully this will be improved in future releases.
We are working on a change to this behavior that would be single click to refrence and double-click to edit that dimension. Hopefully this will solve the issue for you, but in the interim try Ctrl+Click as suggested above.
