Extrude sheet metal face in both directions
As the subject states, it would be great to be able to extrude a sheet metal face in both directions, so that one of the origin planes can be centered in the part.
I did a quick search and did not see this "idea" posted. If it already has been, I apologize.
This idea has been implemented within Autodesk Inventor 2019. Special thanks to everyone who cast a vote for it. A new "Both Sides" offset direction option is available during creation or edit of a sheet metal face or contour flange.
