Extrude between sketch points or geometry points

Requested feature: Select points for start and end of extrusion:

Currently, the "From/To" mode for Extrusions allows us to extrude between two Planes, or between a Plane and a Point, but not between two Points. We can select a Point for the "To" selection, but not the "From" selection. Please enable selecting a Point for the From selection so that we can extrude between points without having to create extra work geometry or features.

This is especially useful for skeletal and multi-body modeling workflows like shown in the pictures above.

Yes, please! It's just another one of those bizarre things Inventor won't let you do.
