constrain to part origin

It would be good if there was a tool to constrain a part to another part's origin (both already placed).

This would be similar to "ground and root" (which only constrains to the assembly origin) and "place at component origin" (which only works when placing a new part not for already placed parts)

Derive should solve this problem.

1. Derive in part with origin you want to constrain to

2. Use origin plane or workplanes from the derived part to sketch new part.

3. When complete, use ground and root or place at component origin.

New part will now place and constrain itself based on the derived part.
