Chain 2D sketch constraints

If you want to constrain (for example) 3 circles in a concentric way, you have to click the second circle twice.
Once for the constrain to the first, and once for the constrain to the third. 
Why can't this be chained? Same goes for horizontal and vertical constraint. 

This would really save time if you have to constrain multiple endpoints to a line.

Actually horizontal and vertical constraint can be made quickly by first selecting points you wish to constrain and then hit horizontal or vertical. Same goes for equal (or you can hold down ctrl key while selecting geometries and having equal constraint selected).
