Be able to use parameters in sketch dimensions

As the industry asks more and more for BIM and thus also more dynamic drawings, i would want to be able to use the parameters for dimensions in sketches. Currently this is not working.

For example: if i go to manage -> parameters, i make a parameter level_line that i want to dynamily shift depending on input (from example from a linked Excel*). currently it is not possible to link the dimension of the line to a parameter.

*Currently only possible by using iLogic.Linking a Excel in a idw is not possible, see my other ideastation post for that.
