Currently, if you attach parts list balloons to an existing balloon, you can only align them vertically or horizontally. We create many "round" body views as pressure vessel fabricators. I'm thinking a nice setup would be to have, by default, balloons you can drag around and orient freely at any degree interval and the option that you can maybe drag + Ctrl to snap to 45 degree intervals. This would allow us to layout some of our prints a little nicer.
