Angle dimension with virtual line

Hi!

We have some possibilities to add angle dimentions to document a cut in a bar, but often users need the red dimension (check in the image below).

To do that, the user needs to create a sketch with an auxiliary line to create the angle dimention. If you need to document hundreds of bars, you will need to create hundreds of sketchs, which is not good. This feature can be found in others softwares.

Is it possible to implement this kind of dimention in Inventor?

The way my company dimensions weld prep bevels, as well as some structural tubing saw cuts, sometimes causes this same sort of issue.  Currently we resolve it by creating a sketch with a short line that can be dimensioned to.  It would be nice if we could eliminate this extra step.

Yes, it is true, this issue affects a lot of users, and forces users to "silly" extra step.

A lot of users need to dimentioning the cut angled profiles for small, medium standard profile strutures.

This kind of work is already time consuming, it would be very good if we have this option to strait forward the process.

Moreover, this kind of dimention is very handy in a lot of other cases
