Anchor Ordinate Dim Text When Using Grips to Move Extension Lines

Anchor dimension text when using grips to shorten or lengthen extension lines.  When you shorten or lengthen the extension lines the text moves out of context in an .idw file.  Anchoring the text will eliminate the secondary rearrangement of the text.  Show an Anchor Icon at the text when adjusting the extension lines.
