An automated way of authoring custom components belonging to an approbated standard

In the vast world of standard components, we couldn't possibly expect Inventor to come with the complete catalogue of every single standarized component for every standard in the world. But thankfully, Inventor allows us to author our own CC content. This however isn't all that straight foreward, so my suggestion would be to implement some authoring templates into the authoring wizard.

Lets say you need a particular screw not featured in the Content Center, but you do have access to the standard describing the screws properties (screw type, type of screw tip, head dimensions, bit-type (PZ, PH, TX etc.), shaft length, thread length, material and so on). It would be convenient if all you had to do was to fill out a form that fills in the blank spaces of a generalized screw model provided with Invnetor, that will let you define any screw, and add this to the CC without you having to draw a single line, or copy/edit/publish anything. I suppose you could make something similar to this through the means of iLogic, but I don't think it would be as solid as an automated way of publishing custom CC content to a specific category.
